Project and Submission Requirements

All Work should be a product of your team, AI use is acceptable however implemented ideas and concepts should be your own, use of API is acceptable though should be from either free/open-source applications.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be judged by the 4 orginisers at the events for local winners and by all participating Universities for the international winner. Porjects will be assessed based on these criteria:

• 🛠️ Execution - Functionality, reliability, stability, code/design quality
• 📦 Completeness - Implementation of planned features, project scope fulfillment
• 🌍 Impact - Usefulness, problem-solving potential, real-world value
• 💡Innovation –  creativity, new approach, orignal solution
• 🎥 Video Reflection, Communication & Presentation (Video Submission)
